Office Policies
Currently, I am sharing space with other practitioners at the Paloma Healing Center, 146 Green Street, in Hudson NY on Mondays 9am-6pm. Please be sure to review all of the following office/practice/property policies:
Parking & General Office Protocol:
Please do not park in the driveway as it is private property. Please park on the street or in a nearby parking lot.

Enter the front, right-hand door.

If the weather and season is inclement, you will be asked to remove your shoes in the foyer. In general, please do not wear hard-soled shoes in our office space.

Please be seated in the waiting room and turn your device notifications to silent. As there may be other sessions in progress, I thank you for your respect and courtesy.
If you have booked a session, or are interested in booking with me, please carefully review the following policies:
Booking & Payment:
I require a valid credit card to book/hold an appointment. You will not be charged until the time of your appointment. Full payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Cancellation:
If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment day and time or you may be charged 50% of the session fee.
Tardiness & No-shows:
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment.
No-shows: First time, 50% of the session fee will be charged to your credit card with the option to rebook. Second time, 50% of the session fee will be charged to your credit and you will not be granted the option to rebook.
Sickeness:
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
